Prior to D3, Max played a key role in scaling a UK smart building and energy technology provider from early-stage growth into a nationally recognised platform, leading enterprise sales and strategic partnerships across commercial and residential portfolios. During this time, he worked with leading real estate funds, developers, and managing agents to deploy smart metering, energy monitoring, and ESG data solutions at scale.
Max is recognised for translating complex building and energy data into commercially actionable strategies that deliver measurable value across NOI, sustainability performance, and long-term portfolio resilience.
